WHAT IS PISCO?

Chilean Pisco is a truly unique, versatile and delightful spirit made by distillation of genuine potable wine. Its production consists of four major phases: the cultivation and harvesting of pisco grapes, vinification for pisco purposes, the distillation of wine to obtain pisco and, finally, packaging in consumer units. Chilean pisco is generally a fruity and floral spirit, ideal for enjoying neat or mixing into elevated cocktails.
